App Store Fees The annual $99 Apple or $25 Google developer fee.
We test your app on the beta versions. Minor compatibility fixes are included. However, if a major iOS update requires a significant code rewrite, that will be treated as a chargeable change request.
Yes. If an update is rejected for technical reasons, we fix it. If rejection is due to a new business policy requirement from Apple/Google, implementing the required changes may be chargeable.
Small tweaks (like changing a text string) are included. New features (like adding a 'Dark Mode' or 'Chat' function) are quoted separately as a development project.
We get automated alerts from tools like Sentry/Firebase. Critical crashes preventing app usage are addressed immediately as high priority.
No, our AMC plans are typically monthly or annual with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
Absolutely. The code belongs to you. If we have set up any repositories or accounts on your behalf, we will hand over full credentials upon cancellation.
App AMC covers the mobile application itself. Backend server maintenance (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is usually a separate service, but we can bundle it if requested.
We provide a dedicated Slack/WhatsApp channel for quick communication and a Jira/Trello board for tracking issues. You can also simply email our support desk.
We typically support the last 3 major OS versions (e.g., iOS 16, 17, and 18) to balance performance and coverage. Support for very old legacy devices can be discussed individually.
